How long does my order take to ship?

For ready-to-ship items, I try my best to get your orders shipped within 1-2 business days although sometimes weekends and holidays can delay the outgoing process due to USPS closures!

For custom hats, I usually am able to finish and ship your hat within a week. I will, of course, let you know if there are any delays!

Do you offer international shipping? 

I currently only ship to the US and Canada but I’m looking into cost-effective ways to open my parlor to more international buyers! Stay tuned!

What is your return policy? 

Your satisfaction is my happiness! Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. I will send you a return shipping label so all you have to worry about is dropping it off at a USPS store. Once I receive the item I will refund your purchase.
